| The successful candidate will be responsible for business process modeling activities in support of replacing our client's Passenger Service System (Pass). As a member of the project team(s), s/he will be responsible for facilitating discussions to extract business processes from a wide variety of Business Subject Matter Experts and documenting the business process models using MS Visio. Skills 5+ years of extensive business process modeling experience Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks, tools and methodologies Experience in modeling geographically distributed mission critical environments 2+ years experience defining, designing and developing business process models using Ml, Archimate, or BPMN Experience with the Requirements Analysis Education/Experience Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred | |

| Business Process Analyst | |
| Working with Senior Consultants, the Sr Business Process Analyst will utilize their experience in enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies to: 1. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. 2. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. 3. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Swim lanes, Workflow Diagrams, Process Flows, Presentation Decks, Methods and Procedure documents, Use Case and/or Interface Diagrams The successful candidate will be able to show they have/can: a. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously b. Work independently with Client, Business Partners and third-party resources to define concepts and under direction of the Sr Consultant and/or Client Service Manager c. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their processes d. Interpret Client business needs and translate them into end-to-end process flows The successful candidate will have: e. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts; f. Above average ability to serve as the conduit between the client, and various internal and external stakeholders through which requirements flow g. Develop process artifacts, templates, guides, job aids and other relevant material, using natural language. h. Lead and/or collaborate with teams and subject matter experts to establish current state process and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. i. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. | |
